Our first spot in Bohol was Alona Beach the tropical paradise! It is the most developed beach in Bohol and now one of the top tourist destinations in the Philippines.
It is located at barangay Tawala, Panglao Island, around 20 kilometers from Tagbilaran City.
So from Tagbilaran City, my friend Ederlinn (sister of Elein, who’s with me) with her husband Roy fetched us from BQ (Bohol Quality) Mall to Alona by a car. Our travel time took about 30-40 minutes.
We planned to stay in Dimaluhan Beach, but unfortunately their hotel was fully booked.
So we moved to Alona Beach. Luckily we saw a cheap room for only PhP500/night at Walk-In-Haven Apartelle. We arrived at 8pm. After putting our bags inside the room, we looked for cheap carinderia to eat. We found one and ordered barbecue and rice for PhP35.
Roy and Ederlinn didn’t accompany us because they have to go back to Tagbilaran for the reason, Ederlinn will have a checkup tomorrow morning. By the way she was 4 months pregnant at this time
(Congrats Ederlinn and Roy!)
10pm, we decided to visit the beach. It was amazingly stunning. Fine sand with reggae music at the background, Oh I don’t wanna go home (just kiddin!). So we decided to buy something to drink (alcoholic) and just sat on the monoblock chairs along the seaside. Ellein just went out to get my swiss knife coz we can’t open our bottle. Suddenly there were foreigners asked me if they can join me. I said “Yes no problem, I’m with my friend too, but she went back to our room to get my swiss knife”. Then other one said “Oh! You got a knife? Please don’t stab me later.” Until Elein came, they introduced their names; Tobey and August both from Columbia. They are good people and good looking. No wonder why Elein was blushing and very happy.

Then we rushed to the beach to see it’s beauty in morning. So lovely, we walked on the beach line to feel the sand and take some photos.
Then we swam and felt the warm water of the beach. It’s really same as bora water is clear and even you’re 50 meters away from the shore water’s still shallow. So even I’m not a swimmer, I can enjoy the water still
We went back to BQ (Bohol Quality) Mall,Tagbilaran City by a tricycle at PhP40/head. Then waited for Ederlinn and Roy to tour us more
