To give you a recap, we’re currently leaving the Game Fishing Capital of the Philippines. With its abundant marine life, San Vicente, Sta. Ana is the Philippine’s Sail Fish Capital and the site of the annual Game Fishing Competition of the Philippine Game Fishing Foundation. Best time for game fishing is from April to June (So hindi January!)

To view my first two days trip:

Cabagan Pansit: Cagayan’s best (Manila to Tuguegarao Trip)
Callao Cave, The Mystical Church Inside
Pinacunauan River, The crystal clear freshwater
Lordwins Beach Resort of Sta. Ana, Cagayan

January 16, 2011

So where are we again? Ah yes! So all our bags are packed, we’re ready to go back to Tuguegarao City. We went out at exactly 9am, waited for the speedboat to pick us. After that we rode a tricycle going to Central or Van Terminal. Ate our breakfast and fixed ourselves and bags inside the van.

We asked the the driver to stop over Alcala so we can taste the famous Carabao’s Milk Candy.

We reached Tuguegarao almost 3pm we had a 3hour trip. Good news! It wasn’t raining in the city, but it was cold still. Kalesa is also one of transportation here, but if you’re in a tight budget you may choose to ride a tricycle because it is much cheaper.

We were searching for a place where we can stay overnight. We went to different hotels and inns but we can’t afford the accommodation fee. Luckily in front of Brickstone Mall (one of the best mall in the city) there is a Tourist Inn and Dormitory called Casa Ludivida Tourist Inn

We had this dormitory room for only PhP250/night. Good for us who’re just looking for a place while waiting for our flight schedule.

We had our very cheap dinner for only PhP31 (ahahaha! wala na talagang mailalabas na pera ang mga wallet namin).

January 17, 2011

We left Casa Ludivina at exactly 7:30am then rushed to the airport. While waiting for the Air Phil Express staff, we took a shot of ourselves (may souvenirs man lang!)

Yeah! we had our boarding pass already! (Do you know that I got this airfare for only PhP88/head? Hmmm that’s why I am really making this trip cheap as possible.)

But sad thing, plane was 25 minutes late… But it’s just fine! In exchange with that, they provided some crackers and bottled water.

We arrived in Manila at 945am. Then while eating breakfast in Mc Donalds I calculated our total expenses.

Break Break Down Yoh!

Still January 14, 2011 After caving, we went down at the side of Pinacanauan River to witness the Circadian Flight of Bats. While waiting for it, I am taking pictures of the river. Based on wikipilipinas “Pinacanauan River is one of the largest tributaries of the Cagayan River, the longest, widest and most powerful river in the Philippines. Its name comes from the local term pinacanauan, which means “left-most.” It…

Three weeks before the flight, I am desperately looking for two persons who can join us, I had invited several couples and friends to come along us, because Jeylan and Nina, can’t go with us because of several fake reasons (hehe! Just kiddin!). So nobody joined us. It’s a very sad truth. But nobody can stop us from going there, especially me. I’ll start my story from Jan 14, 2011,…

Another mythical place we’ve been was Luyang Cave. It is located at Lictin, San Andress, Catanduanes. From Kudon Port, we hired a tricycle going to Marem Pension House, but we requested to drop us first in Luyang Cave. When we reached the place, no one’s there. We are looking for someone who can guide us, but we failed we are the only people that moment. We went downstairs, Oh I…
